SABICH

Sabich or sabih (Hebrew: סביח‎ [saˈbiχ]) is an Israeli sandwich based on a traditional Iraqi Jewish dish. The ingredients of sabich constitute the traditional breakfast of Iraqi Jews on Shabbat morning. 

It consists of pita or laffa stuffed with fried eggplant, hard boiled eggs, Israeli Salad, parsley, amba and tahini sauce.

WILSON HUMMUS MASABAHA

Msabbaha (Arabic: مسبحة‎, also romanized musabbaha, literally "swimming" also known as mashausha or mashawsha (Arabic: مشوشة‎) is a variation of hummus popular in the Levant, especially in Syria, Jordan, Israel, and Lebanon.

The base of the dish is balila: warm cooked chickpeas in their own water with a little added cumin, chopped parsley and lemon juice. Pine nuts fried in olive oil are sometimes poured over the balila. Other ingredients include tahini and minced garlic.

Pita is a family of yeast leavened round flatbreads baked from wheat flour, common in the Middle East and neighboring areas.


It includes the widely known version with an interior pocket, also known as Arabic bread (Arabic: khubz ʿarabī), Syrian bread, and other names, as well as pocketless versions such as the Greek pita


The Western name pita may sometimes be used to refer to various other types of flatbreads that have different names in their local languages, such as numerous styles of Arab khubz (bread).
